How does the collaboration process work?

Here is a summary of the various tasks carried out by an interior designer in mountain areas. The steps listed below complement each other but can also be separated. It all depends on the nature of your project! We will do our best to adopt the most convenient formula for your needs and budget.

The collaboration begins with a meeting with you and a presentation of the building in question. This interview is an opportunity to review your tastes, priorities, and expectations. We also carry out a detailed metric survey. This step primarily involves getting to know each other and offering our initial advice. It is important for you to provide us with a basic floor plan that will guide us in designing the project.

This step is illustrated as a preliminary draft, which involves analyzing the client's request and considering potential layout plans. For this, different alternatives are presented in 2D. The very first ideas are presented with sketches as well as material and mood boards.

This is the phase before the final project. Thanks to the previous step, the framework is set, materials are defined, and the ambiance is confirmed. As a result, our team takes care to provide you with a dimensioned and annotated layout plan. Subsequently, we will move on to highlighting and adding volume to the plan. For this, our team uses high-precision 3D visuals. The goal is to allow you to best envision your future living space. This step is a key passage, as it allows for final adjustments to offer you a project perfectly suited to your wishes. It helps define choices of lighting, volume, and texture.

Step 4

After validating all the 3D visuals of the layout plan, we focus on furnishing elements such as fabrics, lighting fixtures, and interior decoration. For this, our team provides you with a selection sheet with references related to the project. Furthermore, we provide you with meticulous quotes for all the work, custom furniture, coverings, various living areas, and lighting fixtures. To complete this, a technical file will be given to you with all the plans related to the construction site and custom furniture.

The construction begins, the agency and our missions under the instructions of our team. Unique Interieur “takes care of managing for you, the” entire ordering of materials, sanitary ware, and lighting fixtures. Our team also ensures their delivery to the work site and establishes the construction schedule. Finally, we are committed to delivering the project on the chosen date!
